With a passion for sustainable practices and over fifteen years of experience in the interactive design sphere, Vladimir has assembled a top notch team that performs miracles on a daily basis. Vladimir has a sharp eye and an innate ability to manage clients expectations, and make sure that the team is available on short notice when the times get tough. Vladimir received his degree in Electronic Media, Arts and Communications from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

LYUDMILA POTAPOVA

DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER

With a keen eye for all things visual and a rich design background, from web to print, Lucy simultaneously juggles multiple priorities without missing a beat. She manages design projects and works with our support clients on a daily basis. Her love of creative (in any form) pushes the use of the latest design trends and technologies, helping to create beautiful and functional designs. Lucy studied Visual Communications at Cazenovia College.

VOLGA BOLOTOVSKY

TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Volga managers technical aspects of all client projects from website and web application development to day-to-day technical needs. She focuses on providing outstanding service to clients, and sustaining positive and productive client relationships. Volga has thirteen years of project management experience and she has received her degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University.

KATHERINE SIMONOVA

TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Katherine directs and manages complex technical initiatives from CRM systems to website backend and web application development. She is extremely thorough and detail oriented which helps to deliver complex systems on time. Katherine has eighteen years of development and project management experience and she has received Mathematics and Computer Science degree at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU).

Michael is our senior designer. He is extremely talented and is able to deliver user friendly, attractive, clean and intelligent interactive designs that are on point with client needs. He is well versed in UX and UI and possesses years of experience designing for mobile.

OLEG NOVIKOV

USER EXPERIENCE DESIGNER

Oleg specialized in UX and interactive design of our client projects and is an expert at creating meaningful user friendly wireframes and designs that help make our client projects a success.

NICK DEMIN

BRAND IDENTITY DESIGNER

Nick is our brand identity designer, and helps our clients built consistent and meaningful visual brand language. He is extremely talented, and with his help we are able to deliver fresh and memorable identities to our clients.

OLGA MONASTYRSKAYA

VISUAL DESIGNER

Olga possess a perfect mix of traditional print and interactive design. She helps with delivering cutting edge collateral and packaging design, as well as translating visual identity into user friendly online experiences. Olga received her degree in Graphic Design from Parsons in New York.

EKATERINA KOZAR

VISUAL DESIGNER

Ekaterina is our collateral designer, with classy aesthetic and she helps us work on brands that have clean and organic design. Ekaterina received her degree in Graphic Design from Fashion Institute of Technology in New York.

DEVELOPERS

Our developers are an extremely capable group of people who are as versatile in the complex database programming as they are in the light and flexible frontend coding. They love challenges and solving interesting problems.

Vadim is our senior developer, a multi-talented professional whose spectrum of capabilities ranges from from frontend to backend development. He serves as a senior consultant to all the members of our development team. With over two decades of experience, Vadim brings the level competence to our team that is unparalleled in the industry.

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Dmitriy's main responsibilities include management of client projects and working closely with developers to guarantee quality as well as timely and successful delivery of all technical projects. Dmitriy helps create schedules and uses agile project management approach whenever possible.

ALEXANDR NARTOV

BACKEND DEVELOPER

Alexandr is our backend developer with two decades of experience in application and database development. He is also an Oracle DBA and a server administrator. Alexandr always meets new challenges with enthusiasm, and it seems like there isn't anything he can't handle.

TARAS GAVRILYAK

BACKEND DEVELOPER

Taras is our backend developer, a server-side programmer and administrator. He is responsible for backend development and optimization of many client projects. With his knowledge, hard work ethic, and over eight years of experience, no task is to too big for Taras.

NAZAR MELNYCHUK

FRONTEND DEVELOPER

Nazar's responsibilities include day to day support of client projects, especially front end coding and help with email marketing. Nazar is extremely reliable and detail oriented, which makes him a perfect client support developer.

Taras is our frontend developer who is great in learning new technologies and staying on top of current trends. He is mainly responsible for responsive development of client projects and is known for delivering high quality code.

Sergey is our frontend developer working on our long term projects which require great focus and concentration. His has a very high degree of quality control and takes his time to properly test and optimize.
