Our goal was to fully redesign an outdated Cojeco website to reflect organization's culture, develop and customize a CRM system allowing for custom programs and registrations, and make sure the site is 100% responsive.
PROCESS
We met with Cojeco, learned about the challenges and difficulties with the old website, and worked side by side to deliver a responsive, complex database driven website with fully functional CRM system.
DISCOVERY AND PLANNING
We had several meetings with the client learning about the organization, its atmosphere and practices, and we learned about organization goals, members challenges and difficulties with the outdated CRM and CMS systems. We proposed a solid plan of action and put together a concrete project schedule.
ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN
We worked with the client to organize large amounts of content and functionality into an intelligent hierarchy of importance from which we derived a functionally sitemap and user flows most beneficial to the organization goals. We then fully redesigned the look and feel of the website from scratch keeping mobile devices in mind.
RESPONSIVE DEVELOPMENT
Our coders delivered beautiful code reflecting the design mockups with a pixel perfect accuracy. Each screen was coded to look beautifully on every device from phones to desktop. Different designs were implemented for different size screens keeping user experience in mind at all times, including forms, payments and registration screens.
LIMUS CRM INTEGRATION
At the heart of the new website we integrated our LImus CRM system which connected member registrations with reporting, recurring donation payments, smart calendars with purchasing tickets for events and courses and more. The CRM system was customized to match each one of the client requirements.
SUPPORT AND OPTIMIZATION
After the website was fully tested and launched, we continue working with Cojeco to help with further customization of the backend and frontend based on new requirements of the growing organization.
RESULTS
Cojeco enjoys a beautiful responsive website. Limus CRM is integrated with the site and takes care of all the organization's needs, from member registration, to payments for events making everyone's live easier.
